Shipping Policy

TrendKit Co ships to selected international markets, including South Africa, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during supplier stock checks, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary by product, supplier warehouse, and destination country. Typical estimated delivery is 7-20 business days after processing. Some items may arrive sooner where local warehouse stock is available.

Separate shipments
If your order contains more than one item, products may ship separately and arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take a few business days to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted to a supplier.
